Glucosamine HCl (250mg), green lipped mussel [containing natural chondroitin] (150mg), fish oil powder [source of omega-3 DHA and EPA] (30mg), N-Acetyl D-glucosamine (15mg), vitamin C (12.5mg), manganese sulphate (3mg), hyaluronic acid (1.5mg), vitamin E (1mg), natural antioxidant (1mg).
